Kuala Lumpur restaurant REVIEW:
Tatto

Housed in a cute double storey bungalow surrounded by a delightfully landscaped garden, Tatto is Kuala Lumpur's best kept secret when it comes to Italian dining. Inside the vibe is relaxed and comforting with many of the house's original features adding to the laid back ambience while outside you'll find the al fresco wood fire pizza oven. Dine on a range of traditional and pretty rustic Italian standards like the antipastiplatter of eggplant parmigina, buffalo mozzarella, salmon carpaccio, grilled vegetables and beef carpaccio. Pasta dishes include the homemade chicken and ricotta mezzaluna with rich almond tomato sauce and homemade pumpkin ravioli with pan fried duck breast. Mains continue the emphasis on simple earthy dishes like the roast seabass with grilled mixed vegetables and herb sauce, and veal t-bone alla Fiorentina with pumpkin mash. For dessert, the panna cotta with mixed berries coulis is heavenly.
