One World Hotel's signature restaurant is suitably bling with silver leaves on the ceilings, magnificent chandeliers, ebony doors and old wine jars all adding to the opulent atmosphere. The food is all about classic Cantonese cuisine with the roast duck is a specialty; with its crispy skin and spicy chilli sauce it is easy to see why. Also worth trying are the juicy wok-fried tiger prawn Hong Kong style, the braised diced sea treasure and steamed lotus leaf rice.
