Inspired by the natural beauty of Bali, The Uma (pronounced as 'oo-meh') offers a culturally rich Balinese dining experience. The house speciality is the nasi ratus, an individual serving set menu consisting of a main dish, two meat condiments, three vegetable condiments, two sambals (spicy sauces) and Balinese rice.
