  • Grand Imperial Restaurant

As the grand name suggests this restuarant looks to do things on a grand scale in terms of the decor and the food. Its interiors blend classic Chinese imagery with more contemporary touches, which means touches of gold mixed with softer brown and cream hues. Its extensive menu includes a wide choice of dim sum options as well as dishes like the succulent crispy roasted pork, deep fried aromatic duck and chef specials like carrot beancurd with crabmeat and steamed fower crab with egg white and Chinese wine. While not cheap it also offers a more affordable option than hotel venues.
