From paella to tapas to steaks, Cava is the place to be for authentic Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. The vibe is bright and breezy with bright red walls and plenty of bottles on display. The tapas menu includes prawn pil pil (sauteed with garlic, paprika and chilli), black mussels with beef bacon, Cava's famous braised oxtail and deep fried brie cheese with tomato jam. For something more substantial Cava's grilled steaks are a house specialty and come served with fries, steam vegetables and a choice of red wine and garlic, trio of peppers, mixed mushroom ragout, gorgonzola or pink peppercorn sauces.
